Future Butterfly is a Melbourne-based, NDIS-registered provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable, and participant-focused disability support services. We were created by NDIS participants, for NDIS participants, which means we truly understand the needs of our clients and are committed to transforming lives through exceptional care.
What We Do

Future Butterfly prioritizes your choice and control, ensuring a seamless transition to receive our services. Inquire about our generous referral program and invite your key Disability Support Workers to join you at Future Butterfly.
Stabalise Your Roster
If you have shifts that are hard to fill with your current provider, stabilise your roster by switching your in-home services to Future Butterfly.
We pay our staff generously for Evening, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays which make it much easier to fill those gaps.
Future Butterfly Cocoon Care
Future Butterfly, utilise our own Cocoon Care model to organise the NDIS plan period. The Cocoon Care model outlines participant meetings, care team meetings, funding reports, and plan reviews, ensuring a structured approach that ensures your needs are met within the allocated budget. With our strategic planning & thorough communication, your NDIS plan will be optimised to its full potential.

Future Butterfly's Transport Relief Initiative
At Future Butterfly, we’ve got you covered if you rely heavily on transport services. We recognize the freedom and independence that transportation offers. That’s why, if you spend over $2,000 within the initial 12 months of your NDIS plan period, Future Butterfly will provide you with $250 in Transport credits. This initiative alleviates the pressure and eases concerns about restricting your transport usage.
