01 Future Butterfly has made a promise to never charge the maximum rates available, allowing people to maximise their funding and receive more care for the same budget.
02 Our staff are trained specifically for each person they work with. A tailored training package is developed for every person receiving services, so each worker completes training based on that individual's specific needs.
03 Future Butterfly uses cutting-edge technology to streamline communication and service delivery, no more rostering errors or funding mistakes, and clear communication across the whole care team so everyone stays on the same page.
04 We understand that sometimes the only way to get around is with a support worker. Our Transport Relief Initiative reduces costs for high-KM users, because you shouldn't be limited by your transport budget.
05 Future Butterfly has a genuine commitment to reliability and we back it up. If a support worker cancels within 24 hours of a shift and we can't provide a replacement, your next shift is on us, up to 3 hours.
